The fuel filler neck / hose has cracked in several places. I need to replace it but I fear the reason the old one cracked is because the body lift had the hose stretched. Has anyone else had this problem? I thought about finding a radiator hose with the approximate shape but the inside diameter of the tank end is 1/4 inch larger than the other end. Any ideas?

NO! Fuel will eat radiator hose.
Your body lift, if done properly, should've had an extension in the filler hose.
Get a new one, and the extension from PA.
