so i keep blowing one fuse...it is the fuse for my tail lights and 4 ways....i don't know what keeps blowing it...its one of the blue 15.

Check the bulbs. The 4-ways and tail lights are the same filaments, and they are thick filaments. When the blow they don't always break completely. Sometimes they lay against the other filament in the bulb and cause a short.
