Just purchased this 1993 Ranger, 4x4, 3.0l. No manual came with the truck. Does this vehicle have a standard fuse box somewhere? Or just the fuse box net to the battery? All four corners do not blink. Any ideas on whether it may be a fuse or the relay? All other lights work properly. If it may be the relay? Where is the relay located? TIA

Check the fuses and the flasher. They're both located under the dash on the drivers side, more towards the drivers door. Should be right above the kick panel. I would check the fuse first, then the flasher.

Thanks Brendan. Found the box. It was the fuse. Thanks again.
