Blinkers / 4way flashers - InOp

1994 3.0L 2WD

none of the blinkers work, and the interior indicators fail to operate as well. 4way flasher also fails to operate.

I have checked the fuse panel under the dash, slots 1 and 13. Checked for tone on a multimeter and they are indeed good to go. Both are 15Amp as appropriate.

Confused here. The fact that all four are dead and all four were good tells me "fuse" but the fuses are good. The only electrical work I did between a known good condition and now was the installation of a TACH. Tach light was spliced into the dimmer switch.

I sprayed some PBBlaster into the side and hazard switch.... worked it back and forth a few times for 2 days and it appears to be working now.
