Blackwidow reborn


Welp. I’d say it’s a success. I couldn’t make any of the headers or manifolds I had fit the “P” heads. And I have various e7 and gt40 heads laying around. So I ripped them off and have them on Facebook market place.
But the engine looks good. Nice and clean.

she’s back in the shop and on the lift finally. Nice to be laid off and have time to work on stuff.

New one is clamped in place to test fitment. I’ll be taking it back out. So I can test for the engine and trans easier.

Engine test fit is successful. With as many engines as I’ve had in this rig. I should be an expert by now.

Good to see this one finally headed in the right direction...
 
Cam is in. New heads are on. Everything’s torque. Valvetrains assembled. Got my mustang oil pan cleaned up and installed (not pictured)

I was going to just silicone the oil pan on. But I decided to wait and order a felpro gasket and do it right. So just waiting on parts. Then I’ll start to clean and paint.

Waiting on engine parts. And my urethane body mounts. So started working on the quarter panel

Looks ugly. But first round of filler always looks the worst.
