blacked out lights to much

well I tried to black out my lights and they got to dark and you can hardly see my brake lights. Does any one know how to get it off or lighten it up a bit?

well you can always do the easy way and just buy new tails
or you can just get a bunch of paint stripper and some superfine sand paper and some rags and go at it for a while

Just wet-sand them back down with 800 grit and when you get down far enough step up to 1000, 1500, and finish at 2000 grit.

brake fluid or nail polish remover maybe soak a rag with it and lay in on there paint stripper works good too but wicked messy
