Bilstein valving?

I am going to order my shocks soon. I have decided on the bilstein 5150's. I was looking on ebay and noticed that some are listed with medium valving. My question is: what valving would best suit my application? Its a 91 supercab with a skyjacker 6" lift and 40" radius arms. This truck will be used as a toy and is not my daily driver. Any help will be appreciated, Jody.

Best thing is to contact bilstein themselves since they are the experts, tell them your setup and plans and ask what they recommend.
