Billet Grille on 98

I bought a billet grille off ebay for my 98 ranger. It came with some directions that look like someone scratched them down on a piece of scratch paper 10 minutes before they shipped it to me. Does anyone have any advice for the install? I know it's gonna be a pain no matter what considering I have to cut the stock grille out of the shell.
