Nowhere on Dixon Brothers' site does it say how much it lifts. From the looks of it I'm guessing around 5". Hard to tell because the trucks in the pics have fiberglass fenders with bigger wheel openings.
thats because the dixon bros kit isnt meant to be a lift kit. its a long travel kit. you can adjust ur highth depending on your spring rate.
hands down, the best kit you can get out of the box. if i where to spend any money on a kit, this is the one. i know that as soon as i wasted the money on a Superlift kit, id want to upgrade to a better kit.
The RCD started advertising with 5.5"...they've since downed it to 5". You can get 5" out of a Superlift. Superlift is the only one of the two that are still made.
There's a member over at R-F who went from RCD to DBR and reports he lost MAYBE an inch of height up front. That kit is about 3 times as much as the superlift...and thats JUST the front of the DBR kit... I'm waiting to see when and if someone would bolt a superlift to the truck, add DBR arms and longer coil-overs... That would be right about 8" suspension lift AND long travel. On paper, it should work.
