For those with larger power wires, did you run them under the truck or through the cab. I want to stay away from running any wires along the kick plate as I still wheel my truck and I noticed that that area gets wet from time to time. I don't have "carpet" I have the plastic/rubber liner shit so I don't think I could run it underneath that. I am running a 4 gauge power to a splitter in the crew cab and then to the amps under the seats. I have one pushing the door speakers and the other is pushing two 8s.

I ran welding cable from battery in back to front of vehicle of both a Neon and my Ranger. I went under trying to use the trans tunnel or frame depending...

Ran mine on top of the frame from the front pass to rear driver. I did have the cab and bed off though.
