Big Money For Rangers

Hey guys;
I just had a local Ford dealer tell me that they would give me $8k-$9k trade in on my '94 2.3 XLT as they want them off the road.
Anyone else heard about this?

I certainly haven't heard about that.

We have just sold a few nice Rangers here in the last 3 months. Used ones, but still very nice. A pair of FX4s, and a base model ex-cab 4-cyl.

Dealerships tell you that so you will buy something. They told a guy I work with his canyon was rare and hard to find. They barely give him payoff towards the new dodge he bought. It's just a way to make you buy something.

Ya, either they gave you a lot for your trade and screw you on the price of the new vehicle, or they screw you on the price of your trade and give you a little discount on the new one. Either way, you get screwed.
