Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong spot. But I am looking for opinions for replacement shocks for my '04 Ranger FX4 level 2. Stocks were Bilstein's and they were great but its got 152,000 miles now, and is bouncy after bumps.

I was thinking, either replacement Bilsteins if they aren't an arm and a leg, or maybe arancho's

What do you all think?

The truck sees literally all highway driving with very seldom offroading.

For the money...
Monroe Monroematics.
Lifetime warranty. Buy them and get new shocks free of cost forever. I do mine every year on the 98 DD.

Eh, I had 'matics on the Lincoln for a bit... but they were as bouncy as no shocks....

I can completely relate to that. On the other hand, I LOVE the Bilstiens on my other ride. But at $100+ a piece... Monroematics are prefect for my DD, though it is a much lighter truck.
