Best place to get m5od trans

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I bought a 96 ranger to fix up for a winter ride. It has no 4th gear. Whats the easiest fix? It has 136,000 miles on it and everything else works fine.

Post in the parts wanted section of this site. I got mine on Ebay, but it was a gamble (turned out that it worked great. If you get one locally at a salvage yard be sure it has a 30 day warranty, or if private, it came from a running truck.
