I used a stethoscope to locate the squeal and it is no doubt the crank pulley.
heres what i just did, lets see how long it lasts....
i pulled the crank pulley and sandblasted the grooves with black magic and gave the pulley some texture...so far no squeal or chirping.
I must say too that the tensioner is the weakest i have felt, even the new one can just about be compressed with your bare hands
It sucks because i see and hear others with the issue and none seem to be able to cure it.....pretty embarrasing at a stop light.
