Finally bought a new bed for my truck to replace my cracked and rusted out stepside.

verry nice, you should have left it blue and tried to paint the truck to match that
 
The bed had some dings and chips that need to be fixed anyway, and it'd be awhile before I can afford the supplies to paint the truck, so it's going to be flat black for at least awhile.
 
nice lookin bed. i love those beds. yea the old blue would have been a nice color for whole truck.
 
It's for smuggling moonshine.

IIRC, it's the evap canister, and I think behind it is some sort of filter or breather.
