Hi everyone, so I have a 2000 XLT 4x4 and its a step side, which im not too huge a fan of. I was wondering how hard it would be to swap it over to a regular bed and if it would need any sort of modification. Thanks

Should bolt right to the frame. Getting it apart can be a pain because the bed bolt can strip or the nuts can spin. Doesn't always happen though.
You might find that your fuel filler neck doesn't line up anymore. Won't be an issue if you get the donor's neck with the bed.
