bed corner rot

my passenger side lower corner has had some rot now and its just continued to grow to a decent size hole. its pretty ugly and id like to fix it, but cant seem to find anywhere that sells bedsides or cab corners. can you help? my buddy has the same truck as mine that he just toatled and may be parting out. would it be worth grabing his bed and having it painted? whats my best bet

Your cab and box are basically the same from 1993+ for your repair purposes. And I know bedsides are available from work (Ford) so LMC or someone should make them also.

That's who I would try, LMC truck or see how cheap your buddy will let his bed go for.
