I have a 2002 Ranger XLT, regular cab, regular bed, 2 wheel drive. I like the look of the step-side type beds and was wondering what years would be compatible for the switch and is it a difficult conversion?

93 to 07 beds fit your truck look identical..where u located? im lookin to get rid of my stepside bed for a fleetside like you have...possible trade?? oh! forgot to mention...everything is a complete bolt on no fabbing..only bad thing is sometimes the bolts running threw the bed to the frame have a TON of lock tite on them! they can be a pain all it takes is a T55 torx bit and a 4' breaker bar, your truck is new enough they should come out without to much fuss i had 2 on mine that sucked! but other than that reaaaal easy man oh..if ur within reasonable distance and wanna meet half way we could swap beds in a parking lot..it'd only take an hour to switch our beds over if your SERIOUS

Thanks for the tips and the offer. I have to hold off on the swap for a little while.
