hey has anyone ever heard of a wastegate on the 2.9's??? some guys tellin me that "Some exhausts have a door that closes between the manifold and the exhaust pipes. Often refered to as a wastegate. When it gets warm the door opens and lets the exhaust breath like it is supposed to." so is there one on the 2.9's 89 B2????????

k thats what i thought.. theres nothing like that on the exhaust, theres just the egr system and i dont have that..so anyone wanna but a real nice, needs paint but its clean. 89b2 4wd, with 96100 miles... 2 of them but ones parts... ask me if interested...

ya awhile ago i rented a compression tester and tested it.. it tested fine..that was one of the first things i rulled out...

alright i think the theory on empty cat-converter is rulled out.. next im trying the fuel return line.. any ideas??

so hey again.. the fuel rail has that tire gauge thing on it where you check the fuel pressure.. the stem inside was busted, take off the cap and fuel w/ pressure was pissing out.. so i replaced the stem and havent had the problem w/ it pissing... but the bawg/studder is still there a lil bit......,any ideas what that doing that could of mad something go bad???????????????????????????

to add to that last note i have changed out the air temp charge sensor and i also swapped out the fuel pressure regulatot......

Hey Anyone.... I Have To Do A Motor Swap... Whats A Size Motor I Can Put In Without Having To Do Toooo Much Work?????
