I asked earlier if changing the trans fluid ruins a tranny. This is why I ask-
My overdrive on my 4R55E acts a little funny sometimes & I seen in the Tech Library that the overdrive band can be adjusted to some point. Does anybody know how to do this? How far do I adjust it? I'm pretty good at following directions if I have some. I was gonna just change the fluid & filter thinking it might be stopped up, but the autozone guy said it might ruin the whole transmission. Suggestions? All my shifts are good 98% of the time, just in & out of overdrive is hard sometimes. Nothing serious yet.
