Check the results for the last 3 years CLICKY (one of those is mine) Get it before he starts ignoring that.

Send a CERTIFIED LETTER from the USPS to his home address!!

Tell him your concerns and your intentions if he does not make things right!!!
Spend the couple extra bucks at the USPS so he HAS TO sign for the letter in person and you will get conformation of this from the USPS.

Make no mistake if you do NOTHING then NOTHING will happen,it's just that simple.

Incorrect, he doesn't have to "accept" anything. Sending a certified letter notes the origin of the letter, he can just decline it. He only "HAS" to sign it if he accepts it.

I agree doing nothing may result in a loss, but i've found that using a velvet glove as opposed to a hammer seems to grease the wheels to a solution. In fact, in this exact situation.

I'm going to try to contact him. If I don't get a response within a week or two, then I'll get my money back and take my business elsewhere. Which sucks, cuz I here a thousand reviews of how talented he is with tuning vehicles.

Maybe his business is on the verge of failure?

Scotty, what do you think of the tune? Give me some motivation to want this again! Like how the powe feels, how the trans shifts (if auto)...

Shift points are the noted difference. Also the speedo compensation is great because you can rely on the speedo again. With that said, my expectations for the particular mods to my truck were met 100%.

The only way I would push the issue that far is if I did not recieve my product OR my money fully refunded. But Doug has plenty of support and a lot of people (especially in the mustang community) swear by him. I really don't think he's maliciously ignoring people. But if he is having personal problems or is extremely busy then he should either inform his potential customers or close his business until he gets things sorted out.

I did get my money back with a paypal dispute it never made it to a full blown claim before he refunded my money still I have no tunes I am looking and Henson.

After no contact, I opened a dispute. He responded by E-mail and told me he was out of town for a while and ensured I would have the tuner by christmas. I closed the dispute. Now, my paypal says the transaction was completed, but my Bamachips account says

So, I think to myself-paypal holds the money while in dispute (on the 12th) and I closed the dispute on the 13th. Shouldn't bamachips get the money back? So I called a paypal agent on the 15th and he ensures me that Bamachips has accepted the money.

I really hate not knowing where my money is going. We'll see if it arrives by christmas, otherwise I'm going to take a different approach to this.

I am going with brenspeed we shall see how that goes so far so good I talked to an actual human being I know it sounds crazy but it is true. I will update on how this goes I am betting much better.

Is anybody else waiting forever for a bamachips tuner I have had an order since oct 19. Nobody answers the phone or email

I hear nothing but good things but at this point I would be happy to just get my money back. At least I paid with paypal so I have a chance of seeing it again.

Many people have complained about Doug @ bamachips and his poor service, myself included. I spent months trying to get a hold of him, and during those months I made sure to voice my displeasure on public forums.

I got my tuner from Brenspeed yesterday and uploaded one of the tunes what a difference in the truck an this is just the 87 tune. I still have a 93 performance and 93 towing to try but so far so good.
