Balancing issue with Hankook M/T

[94 Ranger]

I bought a set of Hankook dynapro M/T, 30/9.5/15 and i had them put on and balanced with a set of these bean bags that break open and balace them self?...that didnt seem to work so i went back to the place where i bought them and they balanced them with regular weights. Drove home and was still getting a small vibration?
Took them to another place to get re-balanced and still no luck...so now they are getting me a brand new set of 4.
Anyone hear of anybody else having a problem with these?

how fast are ya goin when ya feel the vibration? is your truck lifted at all?

Are you positve that it is the tires and you don't have a driveshaft or vibration? The tires are kind of small to have the balancing compound in them. What did the tires balance out like also with the weights? Did one tire take alot of weight or were they pretty much even?
