balancer wobble

I noticed my balancer has a slight wobble and looks like the front seal is starting to leak. I checked the bolt going in the crank shaft it is tight. So should i find a new balancer and replace it when i do the seal? And what could cause the wobble besides it looks like they beat it off with a hammer.

Good idea to replace the balancer. If it has beat on there is the possibility it could come apart and possibly rip other things off the front of the motor when it does. Cast iron cracks easily since it's more brittle than steel.
