Bad connection or something. Truck dont start.

Ok. Well when you turn the key backwards for the accessories, everything works at full power. If you turn the key forward like to start the lights barely light up it doesn't even try to start. I cleaned the battery terminals. Followed to wires bak to the fuse box and cleaned those connections assuming it was a bad connection. Still does the same thing even with a 50amp battery charger directly on the cables. I'm lost. Anybody have any ideas on what else to check/fix?
 
Connection at the starter? How many volts at the battery with nothing on? Low is under 12.5V.
 
Could be the ignition switch, not the cylinder lock but the actual switch under the steering column.

Put it in Neutral and try it. Sometimes mine would not start in park
