Hello all! I bought this 2002 3.0 5spd 2wd long bed a few weeks ago for only $900. I gotta say, I am looking forward to being back in the Ranger game. This is my 2nd Ranger the first of which was an 84 with a 2.8l 3 speed auto that had a mild lift and sat on 31s. I beat the crud out of that truck back in the mid 90s when I was a teen. Now enough about that, and on to the new truck! Well new to me anyhow. The truck was originally intended as a secondary vehicle to drive while I'm working on my 94 Toyota 4Runner that also has a 3.0, hence the screen name. I'm currently working on swapping a Lexus 4.0 V8 into the 4Runner though. After driving the Ranger around, I absolutely love the thing and I now look forward to making a fun little mini truck out of it. I’ve already slapped some 18x9s/10s on it. Planning on lowering it a bit and will see where I go from there!
