You know, at my last job, our homemade ticketing system had this nasty little bug that our 'crack nepotism programming crew' failed to ever address. If I wrote a ticket to someone in say, California, and they responded within 2 hours or so, it would show no resolution to the ticket...because it used LOCAL time zones and it appeared to be replied to before I even wrote it. Point being, this was written at 6 30 AM EST. Which is 3:30 AM in Sacramento. Now, if TRS used local time zones it would appear that the first replier actually started the thread. Weird. That alone isn't good rebuttal. Personally, my day doesnt end until I go to sleep, whether it's 11 PM or 4 AM. Which means that if I made a post at 3:30 AM, I would still refer to the previous morning as "this morning".
As for the 4x4 switches....I don't know and am curious to find out.

What the heck is that gold scribble across the 4x4 switches in the second picture? Are you trying to cover something up?
