I have a 1995 Mazda B3000 4x4. after changing the burned out light bulbs in my instrument cluster I no longer have any lights on the panel when turning on my running lights. To clarify, originally only the bulbs in the cluster that are around the speedometer and RPM's were out. Then after installing new,and checking that they worked (they did) after reassembling, Now I have no Lights on the panel when I turn on my running lights. From the headlight switch over to the radio/heater. Thank you for your time

Lots of things come to mind.

The switches go bad all the time, something may have been left unplugged, you might have blown a fuse.

fixed the problem

Turns out the instrument cluster dimmer switch was bad. Changed that out and all is well. Thanks for the advice. till next time....
