replaced the clutch kit back in Dec 2012. 2 weeks ago driving along came to a stop an could not get shifter out of gear..when it finaly came out I couldnt get it to go back into gear..rplaced the slave cylinder an master cylinder an bled transmission..ran good for test drives then it set over night an when truck is not running it would shift into any gear when truck is running it wont shift into any gear at all..Any suggestions as to what it might be???

Try bleeding it again an see if it replicates its current symptoms again
 
If it does it again after bleeding odds are you have a piece of crud stuck in the O-ring or a bad O-ring at the quick connect on the slave. If it is that new style quick connect that comes on the DuraLast cylinders from AutoZone I noticed that mine was leaking a bit when I first put it in. Switched to a slightly heavier O-ring and solved the problem.

Just for your info the O-ring can seal when fluid pressure is placed on it and unseal when you let off allowing air to be drawn back into the line. It would be rare but you could also have a pinhole in the line someplace but I think you would have a noticeable drip when the clutch master is pressed down and the clutch disengaged.
