Do the 2wd b2 use the same leafs as 4wd b2/ranger (89-92)

part numbers for b2 are different then rangers, but 2x4 b2 are same as 4x4

I put rear springs from a 92 Ranger 4.0 ext cab under my Bronco II and they were noticeably thicker than the Bronco II ones and gave me some lift.
