I have a Sky Jacker lift and in the rear I have the stock block and then on top I have a 4" block on that, I was thinking of going with a BT6400 and custom Spring pack when I put in the 8.8L but wanted to keep it comfy and good flex any ideas? I also have a complete Ranger and Sploder spring set up I am trying to get rid of the block rearend. and avoid the Chevy spring swap although it looks easy enough. thanks

run the explorer leafs w/ a add a leaf, ur stock 2" block and the belltech chebbie shackles, that will give u ur 6" with only stock amounts of axlewrap

I like the Skyjacker lifted leafs. If you have a 6" front lift, get the Skyjacker FR36 and don't run any blocks. That is what I did on my '97 Ranger and it was perfectly level. They flex really well and ride nice.

If you want some BellTech 6400's I have a set I will sell you for $45 shipped. They are BRAND NEW, never out of the box.

I forgot to mention I have a 302 in it with a c6 and a np208 running headers and dual to the tail. I need to get rig if wrap and I noticed the Axle has already shifted (dog Legged)

to correct the shifting problem, you need to install a trac bar (like what is on the front of coil sprun solid axle trucks). Traction bars or ladder bars wont correct your side to side problem.

The Skyjacker springs can handle the torque loads on the axle. Anything you do to remove ALL the blocks will eliminate your axle wrap. The blocks is what causes that.

I support the 'remove the blocks' strategy. But that is not the cure-all for axle wrap. You can have no blocks and still have axle wrap due to power+traction. I used to have that problem when the secondaries opened up. :3gears:
