Axle rebuild kit

Hey guys, im gonna rebuild my dana 30, i found this kit cheap but its only specific to newer jeeps, i was jw if you guys had an input on this. isnt a d30 a d30? or throughout the years have the jeeps d30's actually changed. For some more info i have a d30 out of what i think must be a yj cuz its leaf springs. and the guy said it was a 93. so here is the link, is it more expensive for the yj ones just cuz they like messing with people? or are there actually differences?? thanks

Completely different bearings that you need for that older axle.

Well there are hp d30's and low pinion d30's, but other than that a D30 is a D30, and that only matters for gears

that is a ring and pinion install kit, so I dunno why you think that's too overpriced...???

im sorry about the profanity, and i dont think its over priced, i think its a good price, but this is what i meant, one d30 rebuild is 52 like the one i put the link too, and others, by the same company with the same parts picture is like 130. so idk, its a dana 30 with 4.10s. idk if that makes a difference, any advice on a good well respected company? possibly with a warranty? thanks

The only thing I see is not a large selection of shims, no gasket, and no names on the bearings, the one from PORC is a complete kit

could just buy a new one from jeep...

130, thats a great price. my 8.8 rebuild WITHOUT bearings was $200
