hey guy been searching all around to find all RBV GWVR and without succes....
can anyone help me with this???

All 28-spline Ranger axles are 2,750# axles. The drums make no difference.

A 31-spline Explorer 8.8 is a 3,200# axle.

Both the D28 and D35 fronts are 2,750 as well. The newer SLA D35 is 2,800#.

The front axle rating isn't that important. It's not going to vary much. A newer F250 has a 5,000# axle. I had a 23,000# GVW LN700 with a 7,000# front axle--and a 16,500# rear axle. The load is carried by the rear axle.

It's just a weight rating, not a power rating.

Axles in bigger trucks have a Gross Combined Weight Rating--something we see attached to a vehicle in lighter trucks. You might have an axle with a 17,500# axle rating and a 60,000# GCWR. Because the rear axle does all of the work. The front only has to support the truck. The 2,750# is enough for anything in an RBV. It's nothing to do with the input torque though.
