but is the price right i guess? the guy i talked to said it was the only one in the regestry in colorado as well...

It's not great but good luck finding one anywhere else.
 
The price is fine. The place near me wanted $500 for any D35 when I asked them about it. Finding one with 4.10s (it costs $500 to get the gears changed and don't know how to set them up yourself) I would buy it and not look back.
 
yeah i think im going to go ahead and get it, i should be able to make 400 back with my old axles, so the whole project would only run me 150ish bucks... not bad. sad news is its about two anda half hour drive =( lol....
 
all you need is the center pumkin off it if you can get that, might save some money
