Hello all.I just acquired my fathers 1998 Ranger,XLT,4x4,4.0L,Automatic,shift on the fly.It has only 50,000 miles and everything works fine.I know that at some point the vacuum hub thingies will fail.I am going to go ahead and order a set of the AVM hubs so that I'll have them ready when needed.I'm sure that they'll only increase in price also......My question is
oes anyone know if the hubs will fit under the stock pop on center caps used on the factory 15 inch aluminum wheels?It's not something I'm stressing over,I'm just curious.Any thoughts on this or any advise on any other issues I might need to know about this vehicle,I'd be greatly appreciative....My other vehicle:1994 Ranger XLT 4x2,4.0L,mt5,272,000 miles,original engine,trans and rear end.NO major mechanical failures!...THANKS,Sean.
