Automatic transmission shifter handle end broke off :(

Iv got a 98 3.0 ranger and I was putting it into park and the knob with the overdrive switch completly broke off , wiring and all. Can I buy just the end with the switch? or the whole assembly and does anyone know where I can find them? Iv been searching the internet and cannot find anything. Also how dificult is it to change the whole assembly if I have to get that deep into ti

Doesn't say if it is for an auto or a standard but you could ask them that. The price seems right though.

The little knob looks so easy to change out yet I cant find anyone selling it. Whats involved with changing the shifter?
