auto transmission slips

have a 1995 ranger 2.3 engine auto transmission want to see if anyone can
help me out when driving the truck and it is starts to go into overdrive it slips
after it gets into overdrive it runs and drives fine no more slipping. thanks

The rpms FLAIR up before the shift??

If so ajust the o/d band.
