Auto 4x4 hubs

I have to buy a 4x4 hub. Would u guys recmmnd buyn another auto or since i have to replace it just do the manual conversion

Auto hubs are expensive unless you buy them used. Check the for sale area on here. I'll have a set for sale sometime in the next few months (cheap, they have 250k miles and I've abused them off road, but they still work perfect) but that doesn't help you now.

Jyard has them for 50 each guarnteed to wrk online there like 140 each

Won't help him anyway. I think the D-35 hubs you are getting rid of and the D-28 hubs he needs are different.

Yeah. Make sure you get D28 hubs.

I peeked through the hub where the chunks missing the axle is rusted how tough are those rings in the hub

They can be fun. Get a couple of cans of brake cleaner. Allow yourself plenty of time. It can be a b!tch. Just dont get too frustrated w it.

Won't help him anyway. I think the D-35 hubs you are getting rid of and the D-28 hubs he needs are different.

DOH. Didn't even figure it was a BII or look at his stats. Yeah, 28's are smaller.

I'd say replace them with manuals. Last longer and less troublesome.
