Audio Controls and Apps Center

[Ranger 20]

Having an issue with the heads up display that controls audio and apps. Some times it shuts down and the randomly restarts.

This has happen twice over the last 6 months

Has any one had this issue? if so what was the fix?

Perhaps they pushed updates...

I does seem that it would happen on power up though.

You may have a loose connection?

Check to see if your issue matches anything described in this TSB, if so go make the dealer fix it.

I looked on my ford login page.

They had a up dates for SYNC. .

I taking it in to have them do it with a wild change.

I've had mine lockup/restart probably a dozen or so times. there's a simple reset procedure

Press and Hold Power and Right Track Select Buttons

Haven't had it happen since I got the Sync 3.4 update, but I also haven't driven much since then either
