Attention all Washington state members

Yeah. I'm down for anything.

Tahuya is SUPER close to my house.

Like, 30 minutes?

I've only been to Elbe once.

I'd be up for a run to either Elbe, or Tahuya. Elbe is probably an extra 30 miles further than Evans from Seattle, It is sort of to the southwest of Mount Rainier, where as Evans creek is to the Northwest of Rainier.
I don't know about anybody else, but I really don't know my way around Elbe very well.

But I'd be up for Tahuya as well. There might be snow there by the end of January.

Awesome. Elbe isn't too far either. If it's a better place for stockards too have fun too, then it may be our ticket. What does everyone think? What ever is in the best interest for those who want to have fun in their rigs works for me.

You could go up to Walker Valley or Reiter.... I'd probably go since I'll be in Bellingham starting around the 1st of January.

Walker Valley and Reiter are pretty serius wheeling, aren't they?

I know I have been to Reiter, and from what I remember, my Ranger would not make it down the trails we took. That was also close to 10 years ago probably, and being 6-8 years old, you don't remember a whole lot.

I'd say Elbe might be better for stock rigs, but Tahuya would be even better. I'd be up for either one though. Or even Reiter or Walker Valley, I guess.

Maybe if we went to Tahuya, W-Sludge would come cuz it's closer to his house. What do ya say sludge?

tahuya is still almost 3 hours from me :D

ill show up whereever you guys end up provided i have work by then...thats the only deciding factor for me.

Tahuya is also way mroe stocker friendly than anywhere else in this area, especially in the winter.

Yeah. By stock, you are meaning stock 4x4, right? Not stock 4x2.

I just don't want to risk hurting my truck, it's all I have.

I think Evans or Elbe would be best.

I wouldn't take a stock 2wd out at Tahuya, but I think one could probably do a small chunk of stuff out there.

I haven't been there, but I've seen some pictures and heard accounts of different trails being a little of both. I knew a guy who ran his full size at Reiter and it fit down all the trails.

I'll probably end up checking out one or both of those places, so I'll let you guys know.

Yea, don't beat up you ride bud. When I had a 4x2 I never took it off road, kept it clean. So lets go ahead and call it Tahuya then if thats cool. I like the idea of everyone getting to dink around with what they have and not worry too much. Does it get nice and muddy there?

You haven't seen pics of tahuya have you...

LOTS of water.

There is a run to Tahuya going on Saturday, Decmebr 20th if you guys didn't know that. Check out the regional forums.

Tahuya is fine with me. If we did Tahuya, I would want to meet at 9am, not 8. And with Tahuya, the Safeway in Belfair is really the best place to meet at.
