ASPX file?

my buddy took a bunch of pic of me rock crawling with his phone and when he sent them they save a ASPX type of a file and i cant upload to my myspace or even look at them really. How can i change them to jpg or whatever type of file a picture is usually saved as? i looked around on the net but couldnt find a solution.

can you get to where you can actually see the pic? ie where you could maybe copy paste? if thats a no go maybe theres a converter program for it?
edit: could try the print screen apporoch? then paste it into a paint file then edit and save as jpg
