Are there any Mac Book Pro users out there?

I could really use some help. I'm a PC guy, but am familiar with Macs, but can't seem to figure out this issue:
Using Firefox as a browser (yes I know...not Safari). I updated the Firefox browser. Before doing that, I saved all the bookmarks to an HTML file. I want to import those bookmarks into the newer version of Firefox.
I found the help file on how to accomplish this and it's very straightforward and simple. However...

I'm not an expert on this. But, did you not use the "sync and save" feature in Firefox? Seems like an easier way to move bookmarks around from device to dvice or aftet an update. Do you have another device usung Firfox where you can tutn on sync and save? Then to sunc to the device you've updated? Seems like more of a Firefox thing thsn a Macbook thing.

The only Apple device I have is my work phone and I use Google Chrome on it, as with all my other computer stuff - Android phone, tablet, sevetal computers with various operating sysyems.

But I have Firefox on several devices, also. Just logged into Firefox on this phone and signed into sync and save. My bookmarks showed up.

EDIT:
I could not locate the Sync and Save function but did stumble across "Import bookmarks from HTML." The Mac help file that explained that process indicated that his function was located under the Firefox menu in the upper right corner (the hamburger menu). It was not - not even close.

At any rate -- problem solved.
