I have dana28 in the truck now, but would like to place a D44TTb that I have already at a later time. But do to a 4.0 SOHC motor I need to move the radius brackets to clear the cats. So i would like to mod/ext. the D28 radius arms now. But I don't want to Have to remod them later. Thanks guys.

The beams on the full size trucks are a lot longer than rangers

The D44 beams are slightly narrower than the D28 or 35 beams where the arm attaches. You can use the RBV radius arm on the D44 no problem if you put a shim or washer in there to take up the extra space.
