i have the AOD- ford np208

kinda rearching, but could i make my drivetrain pass drop by swapping the input shaft from my ford np208 into a dodge np208, the bolt pattern is the same and dosen"t look offset like the chevy np208 so i was just kinda curious, make my SAS easier if it is:headbang:,

yeah..i do this alot...you can use the chevy as well, but need a clock ring...glo has em for 70 80 bux

theres a 31 spline for the 300 now too if you want to run one of those if you can find acheap one...light and strong.

cool, means i can use a gm dana 44(easier to find) thank you for the conformation

yeah, do that with small block ford jeeps as the chev 60 is usually easy to get. but it applies to rangers as well.

thing is the 208 dont like 40 inch and up tires:sad:...not one little bit. sub 200 hp wouldnt be too much of a problem, but who has that with 40 inch tires:icon_rofl:.....the ones that do have doublers and thats usually too slow turning to get carried away.
