anyone know what these wheels are?

I bought a set of three of these wheels hoping to find the fourth. Does anyone know what these are, or where I can find one?

If they're truely American racing, there should be a model # on the inside of the rim. It will be like (I.E) AR (as in American Racing) and 23 (as in the model #). So something like AR23's

but they look like a stock ranger wheel with AR centers

I hope they are stock Ranger wheels, but the only one's I've seen have the holes more triangular shaped. If you happen to see one, I'd be interested in buying one.

Sorry Ranger people. lol. Come to find out they are 5x5.5 for full size Ford. I still need to track one down somehow.
