I want to see if a 4 inch suspension lift would be enough for some 33x12.5 mud terrains. NO BODY LIFT. I already have a leveling kit and another worry is if the tires will stick out too far.

My truck:

A 36" tire would just fit....

I'm not exactly sure how much lift my truck has, but I'm going to say it will be close. I'm running 33x10.50's and I had to cut the bumper.

I estimate about 3.5" of lift on my truck (3" duff kit on a supercab with about 1.25" of coil spacer) and I run 32's.
