looking for the ford removal / install procedure, and specs for a 1994 4.0L v6 , hopefully someone can help me out here, alldatadiy and chiltons dont really have to much info for the job

(harmonic ballancer cracked and hammered out the keyway on the crank snout on my truck , hell of a way for the truck to go out )

Pulling the engine isn't hard. Just tie a rope to the intake and pull hard.

i just realized i didnt even say what procedures i needed x_x , im tired. haha.

i need the crankshaft removal / install procedures. LOL

want to double check what i have in my head with what ford says to do. =D

as well as the crank specs

Pfff, pull the oil pan and front cover and spark plugs. Spin her around gently to get the rod caps off and and then pull the main caps.
