Anyone have access to '82 Econoline wiring diagrams?

I'm trying to trouble shoot an electrical problem in the dash of a 1982 Ford Econoline.

The blow motor doesn't work on any setting, no power to the resistor, and the fuse is good.

Cigarette lighter jack doesn't work. Checked the wire, no power to it. Fuse is good.

Overhead dome light doesn't work.

Radio doesn't work.

I checked both sides of the fuse connections in the fuse block (it's got the old glass tube style), and there wasn't voltage on either side.

Other things like the lights and wipers all work.

I tried http://arrc.ebscohost.com/, but their diagram didn't show the blower motor or lighter jack.

There is a good possibility that I might have access, but I can't check until I get back to work Monday.

I do have access to the 92 diagrams, it looks like the most likely failure point is the motor itself. It looks like these vans had the blower ground-side switched. Power flows through the fuse, then the relay, then the motor, and the resistor circuits are grounded by the speed selector. The blower relay coil is switched by the function selector.

Check power to the motor first.

Cig lighter is as simple as ever. Constant power to a fuse, to the outlet. If the fuse has power and it's good, you have a wire problem.


The interior light diagrams get weird, not gonna speculate on that one without the correct diagrams. One thing I have noticed about Ford though, they like to make the dome light and radio share a fuse.
 
But there's no power going to the fuse.

I'm going to pull the fuse black and see if all the connections in the back are good.

Adsm08 is correct about the power circuit. I'm out of town so I can't get to a diagram. Also check the wires at the starter solenoid.
