anyone have a stick behind their 5.0?

I was wondering if anyone had converted their truck to a 5.0 stick and kept the automatic wiring. I had to make a jumper for the neutral switch from the transmission range sensor plug and think this may be my short issue. Is there something more to it than just a jumper? or do i have to keep searching? The engine and harness is a 2001

Does it turn over or nothing at all?

right now i think the pcm crapped out again. it turns over and has spark but no injector pulse, also it has no connectivity at the obd2 port just like when the first pcm broke
