I've also been looking around for some. From what I've found, via hours of reading on this site, is there are not to many options for pre made sliders. There are some links you can find in this section for a company that makes them but they run just over $300 for the nice set. Most people fab their own. I just got a quotw back from a fab shop around me and he wanted $500-$600 LOL. I dont weld but Im in the army and the auto craft shop has a welder that charges $25/hour and I priced my materials out at $97. So I'm gonna have them made. Im cutting my rocker panels off and using 2x4x1/4" box tube.

If you want something cheap, go a to a wrecking yard, find and H2, and have them cut the sliders off. They are actual sliders, not steps, which seems odd on an H2, but it is true. They are probably somewhere in the range of 2" tube with 1/8-3/16" wall, just for referance (mine are sitting in the garage, but I haven't looked at them in a while).

This is what I'm using on my ranger, granted they are a little too short to cover the whole wheel base of a ext cab Ranger (short by a foot or a little more), but they would probably be perfect for a regular cab, short box.

Go to trail-gear.com and get some for a toyota. Thats what im running on mine and they work great. The frame is narrower on the ranger so the post need to be extended about 4".

I have made about 10 different sets for guys on RF.

I have a set of their 78 inchers on my extra cab 88 Ranger and their great...and cheap.
They are made of 1 3/4 x .120, 1035 round stock.
My local fab shop that made my bumpers said they cannot make them that cheaply.

67" $140.00
78" $145.00
