my buddy has a 93 Ranger Reg. Cab 7' Box with a 3.0 and an Automatic , and it has these

mono.jpg

the explorer sport Mono-Leaves , from the factory , and i have never seen that :dunno: :dunno:

oh , and we got bored so we disconnected #1 , #2 , and #3 injectors , and the thing idled as smooth as can be on only 3 cylinders , like it was still running on all six haha

There was a ranger in a JY that had a pair of them on it. I almost bought them just because of the unique-ness.

yep there is one in a local JY here....

i have then on my 92 4cyl ranger longbed. I'm thinking that mines factory to.

Why would you ever want that? My truck sacks out pretty good with just like 600lbs in the back and it has 4 leafs I think. I have put 1000lbs in there once and the mudflaps were scraping on the ground....:headbang: I cant imagine how little weight those dinky things could carry.

Thing probably rides like a cadillac. But as soon as you put a four wheeler in the back i'm sure it looks like a bagged truck lol.

yeah they are fiberglass

Those are not Explorer sport mono-leaf springs

Those are RANGER Mono-leaf sprins, the explorer mono leaf springs
are steel.

I'll betcha those are Fiberglass.
